Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered last minute and you will be charged 50% of the service total or security deposit on file. No call/no show appointments are responsible for 100% of the service. There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes appointment may be canceled & you will be responsible for the total of your service! Thank you!
