Policies

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes our clients need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. To ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients, we have the following policies in place.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to fill the appointment slot and accommodate someone who may be waiting. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.

Security Deposit

To secure your appointments, we require a deposit of $25 and card on file for all clients. This deposit will be credited to your account and can be applied to any service or kept in your account for future bookings. 

All subsequent appointments, we require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking if there is no security deposit kept in your account. If a deposit remains in your account when it is closed, it will be returned to you.

 

In the case of a true emergency, we are willing to consider waiving our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. However, it is up to the business to decide what constitutes a true emergency.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee up to 100% of the service cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If there is no card on file, the fee will be owed prior to perfoming any other services.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a Full Set appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $15 late fee. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to a fill appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $10 late fee.

We ask that our clients arrive on time for their appointments to ensure that they receive the best possible service. If you arrive late, we may have to cut your service short to respect others who are scheduled after you. We strive to provide a high-quality experience to all our clients, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule.
